I feel pretty strong about flexible thinking and think it's a skill we all need to possess. And it needs to be applied to all life spheres.
The opposite is rigid thinking which usually looks like: becoming easily frustrated, trouble seeing/accepting other people's point of view, trouble problem solving, arguing the same point over and over, difficulty with change, repeating the same mistakes, spikes in anxiety, struggling to carry out new or more complicated tasks, trouble regulating emotions which impacts relationships and all of the above. People who engage in it can be hard to be around. Am I right?
