Not all calories are created equal

Updated: Jan 4, 2021

So, you’ve tried every diet out there? I started my first diet in the 6th grade----and I've been dieting ever since. Yes, I've been on that yo-yo cycle. I’ve tried other low carb programs, WW, 2 programs that require you to buy their food, Mediterranean diet, supplements, meal replacement programs, low calorie, specific number of days with little containers one, I think I did a soup diet once. And the no eating one (not a "sanctioned" one, but one that many have tried). I had some success with a few.

Low-carb, reduced calorie count as low as you could go. We’ve heard about that for years. Calories in < calories out = weight loss. Except it doesn’t work. They aren’t sustainable. I was hungry a lot of the time on many. Or I had gastrointentestinal issues. Or I was tired, lethargic, had headaches, felt like I had the flu every morning, had aches and pains, etc., etc.

I learned in the FASTer Way that not all calories are created equal and I learned to count macros. (It’s not hard!) By focusing on your protein, fat, and carb (yes, CARBS) intake, you could find yourself losing weight while eating more calories than before! I now have a better relationship with food.

Don’t worry if that sounds confusing. That’s why I’m here!

Now if you’re ready to just jump in and go ahead and get started with the full program, sign up for my Client Waiting List. My Initial 6-Week Round begins January 11! You won't regret it!
